Modern aerospace programs are frequently stalled by “data paralysis” – the multi-day gap between a flight test and the availability of actionable engineering insights. This paper introduces a unified test stack comprised of modern hardware and software solutions designed to close this gap. By utilizing IRIG 106 compliant networked data recording and publishing hardware to standardize capture at the source and scalable software to automate configuration and deep-dive analysis, we propose a novel end-to-end “sensor-to-insights” pipeline.
This approach reduces post-mission data turn-around from days to minutes, while ensuring 100% standards compliance and modular interoperability.

Telspan Data’s standards-based hardware and Marpin Labs’ CloudTS data management and analysis platform have been seamlessly integrated. By unifying the data processing hardware backbone with modern pre- and post-processing software, this collaboration eliminates the “data bottleneck” in aerospace testing, transforming the flight test lifecycle from a fragmented, vendor-locked process into a high-speed, integrated digital thread.
