Hottinger Brüel & Kjær has launched a smart monitoring platform that turns high-fidelity sensor data into real-time structural health insights for critical infrastructure and industrial operations.
Called Monitor360, the platform from Hottinger Brüel & Kjær (HBK) uses advanced sensors, edge computing and analytics supported by artificial intelligence (AI), moving beyond data visualization to continuous condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. It provides real-time dashboards with historical context, comparing live signals against long-term operational baselines for early anomaly detection.
A key differentiator is its physics-informed AI approach, which grounds insights in engineering principles rather than relying solely on black-box learning. The platform fuses multi-sensor data – strain, vibration, temperature and displacement – with AI-driven analytics to learn normal machine behavior and flag subtle anomalies.
