Keysight Technologies has been awarded a five-year contract to deliver test equipment managed services to Leonardo UK across multiple sites in the UK.
Under the test equipment managed services (TEMS) agreement, Keysight will provide calibration, repair and asset lifecycle management. The services will be supported by centralized coordination and digital asset management tools to maintain the operational readiness of Leonardo’s aerospace and defense systems.
The contract also draws on engineering expertise provided under separate Keysight contracts with Leonardo, extending support across the full lifecycle of test assets from initial logistics and calibration through to repair management and optimization.
Aerospace and defense programs demand high levels of accuracy and reliability from test equipment, with engineering and production teams under increasing pressure to meet stringent quality and safety standards as systems grow in complexity. The availability of well-maintained, calibrated test assets is critical to sustaining production throughput and program schedules.
The new agreement extends a collaboration first established in 2016, when Keysight took on the TEMS project with Leonardo UK. The five-year contract expands the scope of services previously delivered and reinforces Keysight’s role as a long-term supplier in Leonardo’s test infrastructure.

Keysight provides TEMS support through a network of regional service centers across its EMEA operations.
