Baumer has launched its 50 Series ultra compact sensors for measuring temperature, pressure and conductivity.

The 50 Series sensors can measure and measure temperature, pressure and conductivity independently or in combination and according to Baumer provide best-in-class performance to ensure maximum efficiency and sustainability.

This range of sensors comprises the PP56H / PP56 a high precision pressure sensor with flush membrane and touchscreen, the PT55H / PT55 ultra-compact RTD temperature sensor with a wide measuring range and the PAC50H /PAC50S conductivity sensor with a fast response time.

When a process application requires the need to measure pressure precisely and reliably across a range of different media, the PP56H and PP56 sensors provide the combination of precise and active temperature compensation. This means they are ideal for demanding hygienic and other similar industrial applications, such as hydrostatic level detection, pressure monitoring and measurement.

If the application would benefit from an ultra-compact RTD fast and reliable temperature sensor with a large measuring range, the PT55H and PT55 sensors are suitable. These sensors feature the largest measuring range in their class (-50 to 250ºC) and when installed in parallel they provide fast response times.

The PAC50H and PAC50S sensors are suitable for conductivity sensing applications which would benefit from fast and precise media detection. This sensor has the fastest response time in its class of (15 seconds) along with very high accuracy.

All three sensors in the 50 series feature the same sensor head along with the unique and simple operating concept via touchscreen, which means the operation is the same for all three sensors, so simplifies configuration, integration and operation.
