Environmental Tectonics Corporation a leading manufacturer of custom equipment with headquarters located in Southampton, Pennsylvania. Environmental Tectonics Corporation is seeking an experienced individual to manage programs
The Program Manager will be responsible for the program performance on development, production, and logistics contracts for both international and domestic markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide overall program management, co-ordination and direction to teams. Lead and participate business development efforts with proposals and potential customer briefings. Execute programs on time, within budget and in accordance with all contract requirements. Deliver budgeted financial performance (orders, sales, profit and cash).
You will have to proactively compile and communicate status, highlighting successes and trouble spots. You will be in charge of managing multiple projects from initiation through closeout, within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. You will be involved throughout the project cycle, coordinating all engineering input for the initial bid to the customer, preparing a detailed project budget and managing final execution of the project’s cost.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years Program Management experience in Defense/Aviation industry .Must have skills and experience in finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, and manufacturing in order to manage those functions within a program. Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and presentations skills are required. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills required. Able to work with others to produce results in a professional, productive, cooperative environment. Ability to participate in a creative professional exchange of ideas with peers and management.
