EMC PARTNER is the leading supplier of test equipment for indirect lightning test equipment. Latest technology using semiconductor high voltage switching ensures full waveform integrity, high reliability and automatic polarity switching. A full suite of equipment including; Single Stroke, Multiple Stroke and Multiple Burst can be extended, on site, from Level 3 to full Level 5 capability. The same system can be used for generic testing to DO160 section 22 plus Boeing and Airbus specific tests without any modification.

Standard Multiple Stroke and Multiple Burst spacing is pre-programmed into all the generators. These can be adjusted to meet specific requirements either directly from the front panel or by using the FWLOAD software package.
In answer to our customers requests, EMC PARTNER have developed a range of special generators and couplers including single turn voltage and current couplers for large cable diameters up to 60mm.

TEMA software (for Windows) is used to control the impulse generators and record measurements using an oscilloscope. The data is collected and embedded into a test report that provides a complete record of the verification and test process.

To complete the avionics test suite, EMC PARTNER offer VOLTAGE SPIKE testing, on power supplies, to DO160 section 17, NATO EFA-4, Airbus ABD 0100.1.8 and MIL-STD-461 CS106.
