adaptronic Prüftechnik GmbH is a leading manufacturer of wiring analyzers and functional testers for electric and electromechanic components and systems. For 30 years we have provided innovative system solutions for various applications in the aerospace and military industry. With about 90 employees in our two technology centers in Wertheim and Wiedensahl, adaptronic develops and produces turnkey solutions from test electronics to customized adaptations and adapter cables.

Our organisation reflects the requirements of our customers during acquisition, project management, installation and use. The adaptronic system components fully cover the requirements of DIN EN 2283 ‘Examination of the wiring of aircraft’. The very individual demands of our numerous customers in manufacturing and MRO spawned sophisticated modular solutions. So in many test applications, from the aircraft to the aero engine and the smallest components, adaptronic solutions are particularly easy to use, economical and secure.

A list of some company milestones from adaptronic:

• Compact and distributed low- and high-voltage test systems, up to 131.072 test points with two or four wire (Kelvin) measurement as low as 1 Ohm,

• Test voltages up to 6.000 VDC/5.000 VAC and test currents up to 30 AAC;

• Function test, customized test sequences, current and voltage measurement and stimulation of the units under test;

• Test software NT Control with graphical user interface allows the creation of test programs in the shortest possible time without programming skills;

• Operator support provided by the test system for the detailed troubleshooting is outstanding;

• With the UNICAD software tool, the import of customer-specific CAD data or Excel wiring lists and test data are done in one mouse click;

• With the intelligent adapter cable IAC adapter cables can be connected at any test point interface. Assignment will be done automatically by NT control software.
